We provide fee-only financial planning, investment advisory, loan placement assistance, tax advisory and insurance audit services to clients across the United States.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use our services. Advisory agreements are entered into only after execution of a written client agreement and receipt of our Form ADV disclosures.
5. Fees & Payment
- Advisory plans are billed monthly at the rates published on our pricing page; fees may be changed with 30 days' written notice.
- Plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; no exit fees apply.
- Our lending desk may receive a flat placement fee from partner lenders. Such fees are disclosed to you in writing before you commit, and are never added to your rate.
- We do not accept commissions, sales bonuses or product incentives of any kind.
6. Your Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, current information; to safeguard your account credentials; to notify us immediately of unauthorized access; and not to misuse the site (including scraping, probing, or attempting to breach security controls).
7. Communications & Electronic Signatures
You consent to receive communications by email, phone and secure portal, and agree that electronic signatures and records carry the same force as paper originals, consistent with the U.S. E-SIGN Act.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, design, graphics, the Prime Loan Solution name and marks — is the property of Prime Loan Solution LLC and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. You may print pages for personal, non-commercial reference.
9. Third-Party Services
We may recommend custodians, lenders, insurance carriers and other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not liable for their acts or omissions, though we apply a documented vetting standard before any recommendation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Loan Solution's total liability arising from the website or any service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost opportunity.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Loan Solution LLC and its personnel from claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or information you provide that is false or misleading.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation for 30 days; unresolved matters shall be settled by binding arbitration in Logan County, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services for violation of these terms, fraud, or legal necessity. Client terminations follow the process outlined in your advisory agreement and Section 5 above.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. For active clients, material changes will also be communicated in writing.
